How David Used Our Products
Rinse with jet wash firstly to remove debris; Hot wash with autoglym shampoo conditioner 2x; Firstly top down to remove grease & grime avoiding wheels; Secondly wheels, wheel arches and tyres with a different sponge; Next, use alloy wheel cleaner and tyre foam to clean wheels/tyres.
Next, rinse and repeat process to ensure beading water throughout when rinsing with hose/jetwash.
Dry bodywork/glass with synthetic chamois and wheels with microfibre cloth. Once dry, apply super resin polish to bodywork and glass polish to screens. Alloy wheel polish and Simoniz Back to Black tyre dressing applied. Once buffed with towelling/microfibre cloths, apply high gloss protection to exterior paintwork. I have used alloy wheel sealant but clean regularly so don't tend to use it. Bodywork cleaning includes sills, inside doors and tailgate.
Once exterior is complete, I move to interior, using principally leather cleaner and balm for seats and dash cleaner for plastics. Internal glass tends to be cleaned using Autoglym glass cleaner perhaps with Holts anti-mist in Autumn/Winter. Vacuum using home Sebo vacuum.
Once all complete, I complete exterior and interior glass finish with Autoglym perfect finishing cloths but am moving to towel/microfibre as I feel they provide an improved glean and less "fluff." Finally, buff wheels and add more tyre shine if I feel necessary (you tend to need to move the car to get the all round finish on the overall tyre circumference).
