How Mark Used Our Products
As this was my first new car and I do 30k miles a year I decided to give it a decent start. The car is a Skoda Superb Elegance in Red Rosso Brunello metallic.
So first I used the Korrosol on the wheels and paint to remove any contaminates followed by the pre wash with Snow foam which I left to dwell for approx. 5 minutes followed by a clean with a jet wash. Next I washed the car using the two bucket method with Meguiar’s GC shampoo and rinsed. I also used Bilberry wheel cleaner on the wheels [not really required].
Following this I then used the Bilt-Hamber soft clay on the wet body work [also used a spray bottle to dampen the panels if needed] to remove any remaining contaminates. I then rinsed the car before drying with a micro fibre towel [not sure what make].
The next stage was cleaning all the panels and door openings first with the Bilt-Hamber cleanser fluid and then once this was done I did a final clean with the Gtechniq panel wipe.
The next stage was to apply the Iron gloss one panel at a time following all the instructions to ensure all residue was removed.
With the windows I first cleaned with G4 [not sure if it was needed as the car is new] then applied the G1 [one coat on each side and rear and 3 coats on the windscreen] and polished.
The last stage was to polish the wheels with Car-Lack and a final protective coat of wheal sealant.
So after 5 hours these were the results. Never cleaned a car to this level before but the results seem worth it.
