How Simon Used Our Products
This is the first time I have attempted to fully detail a car.
I started with the citrus pre-wash, letting it soak for a couple of minutes and then using the 2 buckets to was the car with Zymol natural car wash I have used Zymol products in the past and although very good I fancied trying something new.
After towel drying I set about the windscreen with the G4 polish (by hand) followed by panel wipe and then the G1 windscreen kit - very straightforward just don't use too much!
I then started on the body work, firstly with flaying it and then the P1 polish, I chose this as it has great results by hand at removing swirl marks as unfortunately the previous owner must have liked the odd automatic car wash or two.
Next step was to panel wipe and then the C1 - I was nervous about the application of this as it is so important to get it right but after the first panel I felt at ease and the rest was simple. Car was left to cure overnight.
Day 2 - wash car again and towel dry, clay bar on wheels followed by panel wipe and then C1 applied to wheels. Whilst the wheels cured I applied 2 coats of C1.5 to the bodywork to add a bit of gloss and extra protection.
Final steps were T1 tyre gel and a good clean of all the glass.
I wish I had taken some before shots as the difference is quite staggering. I hope you all enjoy as much as I do!
