How Mark Used Our Products

This is my special edition Mazda RX8 PZ. 800 were given to Prodrive to improve the already excellent handling. As the car is black it shows up every defect and mine was no exception with heavy swirls and scratches from the previous owner visits to the car wash. The first step in the correction process was to thoroughly clean the car using Ultimate snow foam and Meguiar’s gold class shampoo via the two bucket method. Wheels were cleaned using Valet Pro Bilberry Wheel Cleaner.

The paintwork was then clay barred to get rid of all contaminates. I then used a DAS 6 Pro DA polisher with the brilliant Meguiar’s DA correction system, 4 to 6 passes with the correction compound eliminated all the defects and two passes of the finishing wax left the paintwork looking better than new. The final touch was a coat of Blackfire's Black Ice wax to give a deep wet shine.

The results are testament to what can be achieved by an amateur with a little practice and some first rate products.
