How Ross Used Our Products
Most of the paint is factory & has only been repainted due to modifications e.g. smoothing/shortening recesses. The car has been garaged most of its life by previous owners and well looked after by myself in the 4 and a half years I've owned it from standard and is mainly used in the summer months.
The car is snow-foamed using Autofinesse Avalanche before being rinsed off & washed using the 2 bucket method with grit guards along with the Meguiar’s Lambswool wash mitt.
It's then rinsed down again before using the Bilt-Hamber clay bar & dodo juice born slippy to keep each panel wet whilst removing any contaminants. The car is then washed again to remove clay, again using the 2 bucket method.
After drying the car with plush drying towels, the car is glazed using Poorboys White diamond before being buffed off & 2 layers applied separately of Autofinesse Spirit Wax.
For the stainless dishes, to remove watermarks they're fully dried before going over them with Mothers metal polish & microfibres. Swissvax tyre shine is used with a detailing brush.
For the interior I use mainly Meguiar’s products for the dash and plastics with Raceglaze leather balm & conditioner on the leather & their alcantara cleaner for the rear of the car.
Glass is done with a waffle weave towel & Autofinesse products as well as all rubbers and plastics being done with their plastic dressing.
The car is machine polished before shows using various products, although by a friend rather than myself but is something I'd like to have a go at.
Cheers for reading, probably missed a lot of steps out as I'm pretty meticulous.
