How Nick Used Our Products
Okay - The Transporters BLACK
Black vehicles as we all know show the slightest marks and I am more anal than anyone I know.
So my step to my personal perfection was not simple but seems to have worked to date.
1] Order new vehicle and specify that it IS NOT WASHED during its PDI or by the dealership itself - This was DIFFICULT !!!
2] Get the vehicle home and wait a couple of days until the weather is warm and still.
3] Pressure wash the whole vehicle starting with the roof using a standard pressure washer allowing a sensible distance from the lance to vehicle.
4] REPEAT #3 using UF Snowfoam to remove any invisible debris hanging to the paintwork.
5] Wash using the 2 bucket system with a Meguiars Lambswool Mitt and Autoglym Bodywork Shampoo Conditioner.
6] Rinse everything off using TWO Aqua Gleam 30 Inch Water Filters in series - THESE ARE AMAZING and I think eliminate the need for any drying of the paintwork. I use two in series 0 ppm & 30 ppm and I even built holders for them [See picture]
7] Apply Autoglym SRP using UF Black Microfibres which are then discarded or used for other household jobs after use.
8] I wash the vehicle on a fortnightly basis and repeat the pilishing process four times a year.
This method has worked on a succsession of vehicles as well as our current fleet of Transporters.
The crowning glory has to be the Aqua Gleam water filters - AWESOME
