How Joe Used Our Products
I bought my golf at the end of last year having been looked after by one family for most of its life. I take pride in my car and aim to give it a thorough clean at least once a week. As after all with the British weather it gets dirty rather fast.
I start by rinsing the car with the pressure washer and then applying the snow foam. Depending upon how dirty the car is I will either wash this off and hand wash the car, or I will simply 'agitate' the foam and wash off.
If I am polishing properly I will get the electric buffer out and use various 3M buffing compounds and pads to buff out as many micro scratches as possible. Being 13 years old I can never get it perfect but, it still looks pretty good! From there I finish with Collinite wax, or as an intermediate between Collinite I will use Meguiar's Gold class liquid wax.
I the use Meguiar's plastic restorer on the plastics both inside and out, and a Powermaxed tyre dressing. For the wheels I use Powermaxed non acidic alloy wheel cleaner to easily remove dirty without damaging the alloys.
