How Adrian Used Our Products
My car is a restored Triumph TR6 in Mimosa yellow which is used every week doing about 8,000 to 10,00 miles a year. To obtain my ultimate finish I simply wash the car thoroughly with Autoglym bodywork shampoo to remove any road grime then a Chamois leather to clear any excess water. If any spots of tar are visible Intensive tar remover removes any stubborn tar spots. Next a thorough polish with Super Resin polish which makes the car really gleam. Next is to clean the vinyl interior and the soft top with vinyl and rubber care to get a good shine. Afterward the exterior and interior of all windows are cleaned with Fast Glass to clean and remove any overspray from the vinyl cleaner. Chrome is cleaned with Autoglym metal polish. The penultimate stage is to dress the tyres with Instant tyre dressing which bring them up to a showroom finish.
Finally just a run around with a cloth to remove any overspray from the tyre dressing and that’s the job done. A perfect shine to complete the perfect car. Used the same cleaning technique to clean the car before entering the TR International Pride of Ownership competition July 2009 and won the group for best TR6.
