How Colin Used Our Products
I purchased the Alpina B3 three years ago and looking to achieve the "Ultimate Finish" it soon became apparent that a complete body restoration was necessary. This work was completed 12 months ago, and I decided immediately to protect the new paintwork with Gtechniq Crystal Serum light ceramic coat. This amazing product takes your cleaning days to another level.
I begin by a covering of ultimate snow foam applied through a Karcher lance, leaving to soak it's then thoroughly rinsed. I then wash by hand using the two bucket method dipping the Meguiar's lambswool mitt into Meguiar's NXT shampoo.
Having had the Alpina multi spoke alloy wheels recently refurbished I have coated them with Gtechniq C5 alloy Wheel Armour, which enables a light spray using Valet Pro Bilberry Wheel cleaner agitated using the trio of Wheel Woolies.
I complete the washing process with a rinse through Aqua Gleam filter system to minimise water marks, and then proceed to dry the bodywork using thick pile drying towels. I then dress the tyres using Autoglym tyre dressing but applied using a detail brush.
To enhance the paintwork further I use Koch-Chemie detail spray along with microfibre cloths changing and rotating. The glass has been coated with Gtechniq G1 Clearvision so just a light spray with Autoglym Fast Glass is all that's required for a perfect clear finish.
Moving on to the interior "that's another day"!!
