How Dean Used Our Products
It’s a 19year old Lancia Delta HF Turbo in Rosso red called Nancy {it’s the wife’s car}
The red likes to fade a little, I keep it under a Moltex all weather cover when not in use this keeps the sun off it so it doesn’t fade to much.
Then onto the clean before these pictures. I wash it by hand with Simoniz wash wax and clean wheels with wonder wheels, dry by hand with a proper leather. Clean windows with clean RO water and good old elbow grease so no smears.
I then machined it with Poorboys SSR3 to get out minor scratches and fading, mainly the bonnet that suffers. Leave to dry and buff off, then hit it with SSR2 to get out what SSR3 left behind. Leave to dry to a haze then buff again, then go over whole car again with SSR1 leave and buff again with machine {kestrel das6} . Then cover the car with Poorboys Natty’s paste by hand, this time all black work and plastics done in Natty’s paste. Polish wheels with turtle wax as I find this lasts a long time and keeps brake dust at bay.
Overall time to complete this 7hrs.
We are entered in a club rally this weekend 22-23 august so will probably have to do most of it again next week. Thanks for looking and voting if you did. PS also got an Intergrale and 2 Seat Ibiza’s to keep clean, so busy busy busy.
