How David Used Our Products
This here is my 2007 M3. I bought the car 6 months ago and it was in a bad way, it took between 5-7 passes on each panel with cutting compounds and machine polishes to remove all the scratches well almost all - there was a couple that had to be filled, lightly sanded, lacquered and polished before I could continue.
I won’t go into too much detail over the process but here goes.
Washed with born to be mild then again with sour power shampoos
Sprayed with time to dry detailer and dried with drying towels - next clay bar, then lime prime and need for speed.
Coat of gloss trim sealant on all plastics and trim, then two coats of dodo supernatural wax and a coat of Swissvax Wheel Wax for wheels, then shine is topped up every 24 hours before I leave for work with detailer.
Number plates, handles, indicator lenses, and anything else easily removed were removed to allow easier access to machine polisher removing scratches, last picture shows how bad scratches were when I bought it.
A tip for everyone though if you remove the handles like I did either do one at a time or take a drying towel folded and on the sill to keep the doors open or you make end up locked out of the car!! (happened to me with last car and I had to climb into boot and squeeze my hand up to reach the back seat lock part so I could get the back seat down and climb through)
