Tesla P90D
As an exclusive first test, the new Crystal Serum Light from Gtechniq was chosen to protect the paintwork on this Tesla P90D.
Before any sealant can be applied it's essential any contamination is removed and the paintwork checked for damage.
Although new, contamination generally comes from road or rail transportation when delivering a new car to the dealer. Damage is usually limited to swirl marks or minor scratches from prior washing.

However, once cleaned and dried the paintwork was inspected under high-intensity lights - it was pristine!
After a light polish by hand the whole vehicle was then wiped over with Gtechniq Panel Wipe leaving it ready for the sealant coating.
Crystal Serum Light was applied a panel at a time then buffed off. After curing overnight a layer of Gtechniq EXO was added for extra gloss ... more info & pics
