UF Detailing Studio - Completed Project - Jaguar E Type V12

Detailing classic cars can be a challenge, not only due to their age but also the fact that many panels will have been repainted at some point in the cars lifetime.
As the result of a previous bare metal respray, this Series 3 E-Type had extremely soft paintwork that wasn't protected by a clear coat lacquer.
It therefore marked very easily and careful washing was essential to avoid incurring any swirl marks or scratches.

Having had another vehicle prepared at the UF Detailing Studio the owner wanted to enhance the paintwork then protect it using the latest ceramic coatings.
Rust is the enemy of classic cars especially E-Types, therefore the bodywork, fittings and wire wheels were steam cleaned to minimise water ingress.
