Ultimate Finish is an online shop (the Service) that offers car care, boat care and other similar products.
Acceptance of Terms.
All intellectual property of Ultimate Finish such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Ultimate Finish. By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Ultimate Finish and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.
The information is provided on the understanding that the Website is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision. The information contained within the Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis with no warranties expressed or otherwise implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website. Ultimate Finish reserves the right to refund any monies received in relation to an order and cancel the order if it believes the order to be fraudulent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a court under such jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which will continue to have full force and effect.

We will reply within 2 working days from when we receive your complaint. If it is not possible to give you a full reply within this time - for instance, because a detailed investigation is required - we will give you an interim response, telling you what is being done to deal with your complaint, when you can expect the full reply and from whom. That full reply will include details of who to contact next if you believe your complaint has not been dealt with properly. This Complaints Procedure does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Description of Goods/Warranty and Liability.
We warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us. Except where the Customer is dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, section 12) all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or conditions of the goods whether implied by Statute, Common Law or otherwise are excluded and the Customer warrants that the Customer is satisfied as to the Suitability of the Goods for the Customer's purpose Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or is charged at an incorrect price due to an error on the website, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Product Images / Specifications.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure all images and specifications are correct at the time of publication, they do vary. As such we can accept no responsibility for incorrect images/information. If however you spot a mistake with any image or product specification please let us know.
Ultimate Finish 30 Day No Quibble Returns Policy
We feel it is important our customers have the opportunity to inspect their purchases in the same way as if they had visited a retail outlet. Our 30 day return policy has no hidden catches - we offer a No Quibble, 30 Day Money Back Guarantee On All Purchases. All we ask is you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and take reasonable care of the goods whilst they're in your care and when sending them back to us. Please contact us first to get a Returns Authorisation Number and so we can give you the address to send the items to. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund. Whilst the cost for non-faulty return of the goods lies with the customer, we will refund the full cost of the goods and any initial carriage charges, and send an email to let you know.
Special Order items
Sorry, but items that have been made to order, such as Fully Tailored Car Covers are non-returnable.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will take care of everything. Contact us immediately when a product is faulty. Depending on the weight of the item, faulty items will either be collected by us, or we will refund your postage costs for the return. Faulty items will be inspected and replacements dispatched via courier.

We will apply the refund to your original method of payment usually within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please note certain credit card companies may take a further 2-10 business days to post to your account.A refund will usually reach your credit card account within 4 working days after being processed, although please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited. We do however reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as non-faulty items above.
Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK Law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection,treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment such as high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Ultimate Finish Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like for like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so they can be recycled.
