We have recently experienced a rise in the number of enquiries from AOL customers experiencing problems when adding items to their shopping cart. This is a known cookie issue caused by a recent update that AOL automatically installed resulting in a change to your preferences and configuration. It is affecting all AOL customers attempting to buy products online.
By typing “cookies” into the AOL search box you will receive instructions on re-enabling your cookies in order to eliminate this problem and allow you to add products to our shopping cart.
Alternatively you can use Microsoft Internet Explorer (an alternative web browser) to surf the web. Please follow the instructions below -
- Log on to the internet as usual using AOL.
- Minimize AOL by using the minimize button at the top right of your screen.
- Then go to:
Start - Programs - Internet Explorer
