Delivery Areas & Options
All Standard & Express Orders received by 6:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are shipped the same day, subject to available stock.
Delivery charges are based upon product weights including any packaging, and destination.
The method and speed of shipment is dependent upon the delivery option selected and the delivery location as shown below:-
England, Scotland & Wales
- FREE Delivery - Orders will typically arrive within 5 working days.

- STANDARD Delivery - Orders will typically arrive within 1-2 working days.
- EXPRESS Delivery - Orders placed before 6:00pm are sent by City Link 24 for delivery the next working day between 7:30am and 5:30pm. (excluding Saturdays & Bank Holidays)
- EXPRESS AM - Orders placed before 6:00pm are sent by City Link AM for delivery before 12:00am the next working day (excluding Saturdays & Bank Holidays).
- SATURDAY AM - Orders received before Friday 6:00pm, are sent by City Link Saturday for delivery on Saturday before 12:00 Noon.
