Delivery Areas & Options
Orders received by 3:00pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day, subject to available stock.
Delivery charges are based upon product weights including any packaging.
The method and speed of shipment is dependent upon the delivery option selected and the delivery location as shown below:-
UK (inc Northern Ireland & Isle of Man)
FREE - Orders will typically arrive in 3 working days although please allow 5 working days before contacting Ultimate Finish.
STANDARD - Orders will typically arrive within 1 – 2 working days. Please allow 3 working days before contacting Ultimate Finish. A signature will be required if shipment is by courier.
EXPRESS - Orders placed before 3pm are sent by courier for delivery the next working day (excluding Saturday) between 9am and 5pm. A signature will be required.
SATURDAY AM - Orders received before Friday 3pm are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and delivered on Saturday by 1pm. For orders over 10Kg DHL will deliver by 1pm. A signature will be required.
CHANNEL ISLANDS (Jersey & Guernsey)
Orders to the Channel Islands are VAT free.
STANDARD - Orders will typically arrive within 1 – 2 working days although please allow 3 working days before contacting Ultimate Finish. A signature will be required if shipment is by courier.
EXPRESS - Orders placed before 3pm are sent by courier for delivery the next working day (excluding Saturday) between 9am and 5pm. A signature will be required.
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
STANDARD - Orders will typically arrive within 2 – 3 working days although please allow 5 working days before contacting Ultimate Finish. A signature will be required.
EXPRESS - Orders placed before 3pm are sent by courier for delivery the next working day (excluding Saturday) between 9am and 5pm. A signature will be required.
EUROPEAN UNION
STANDARD - Orders are sent by Airmail or courier depending on the weight and will typically arrive within 3 – 5 working days although please allow 5 working days before contacting Ultimate Finish. A signature will be required if sent by courier.
Delivery Policy – General
Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Next day delivery of items marked as "Limited Stock" will depend upon current stock levels. We will contact customers as necessary if this situation arises.
Ultimate Finish reserve the right to refund any monies received in relation to an order and cancel the order if it believes the "Country / Delivery Region" information provided to be inaccurate and chosen, whether inadvertently or not, such that the order appears to qualify for a delivery rate that is not applicable to the delivery address.
Ultimate Finish do not deliver to PO Boxes without prior agreement and reserve the right to cancel any such orders and return any monies paid.
Delivery of goods shall be made to the address provided by the Customer and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Goods left on request by means of special instructions are the responsibility of the Customer and Ultimate Finish will not be held liable for missing or stolen items.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Ultimate Finish shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Failure by the Customer to pay for any installment or delivery charge when due shall entitle Ultimate Finish to withhold further deliveries and the Customer shall be liable for any costs incurred by Ultimate Finish relating to such Goods which Ultimate Finish is then entitled to withhold.
Customs Duties
If requesting delivery to a country outside of the UK this may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you - we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Ultimate Finish, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
