Overall a very good experience. The order was made via a secure HTTPS link, unlike other websites who expected me to enter my personal details without a secure link. The dehumidifier model I wanted wasn't in stock and I purchased an alternative 2nd best on my list, solely due to the overnight delivery option when ordering before 6pm. The service via the phone was very good.
