Back in April of this year I placed an order with you (98994). After a short while and having used it only twice the RAC600 Automatic Digital Tyre Inflator developed a fault. I phoned up straight away and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful voice. I was asked to return the faulty pump (which I did) and told that a replacement would be sent out as soon as the faulty item had been returned.
I have to say that I was absolutely amazed by the efficiency of your service. Not only did you refund the postage for sending back the faulty pump, the new pump arrived in only a matter of a day or two later.
I feel that people today don't often thank others when they receive outstanding service like this and I think that they should! So I just wanted to take this opportunity to say a massive THANK YOU! for helping me with the problem I had.
