I just bought 2.5, 2 and 1. I'm used to using G3, then going on to the 3M compounds and glazes. The poorboys system means you don’t have to buy by the litre, keeping costs down and I was very impressed with how these compounds worked.
They go on pasty, then turn oily and clear as you get some heat through them and enter the ’cutting butter zone’. This is a very intuitive and predictable set of compounds to use, and in my experience, every bit as good as the Farecla and 3M products I used as a painter.
The whole poorboys range is a pleasure to use.
