Cartec Refinish Microfiber Cutting Disc White have the latest technology in microfibre pads, creating a faster more efficient correction. An increase in retained heat increases the cutting performance by 30% over conventional foam compound pads. The heat allows the lacquer to stay slightly soft then when cooled so the abrasiveness of both microfibre and compound can make quicker work of deeper scratches.

Microfibre pads are becoming a favourite amongst professional detailers as modern paintworks can be harder straight from factory and require a heavier initial cut to correct marks picked up in transport. As the paint goes through heat cycles it hardens over time, add in swirls marks from bad washing and heavy correction maybe needed on even a relatively new car.

Combine with the Cartec Diamond Cut 3000 Compound or Compound 5000 for optimum results.

How To Use:

• Apply a good amount of compound to a fresh pad in a cross pattern.
• Rub the compound into the pad to "prime" it.
• Apply a few drops of compound to a 50x50cm paintwork area.
• Spread the compound around with a slow speed.
• Increase the speed of the machine to correct the paintwork.
• Remove any residue with a clean microfibre cloth.
