You must be working professionally in the detailing or valeting industry and be a UK registered business (including sole traders). Platinum accounts are open to all qualifying businesses, while Diamond accounts require 3+ years of trading with UF.

You’ll need proof of your business registration (Companies House number for limited companies, or UTR number for sole traders), business insurance certificate, and evidence of your detailing/valeting work (website, social media or portfolio).

Your trade account automatically renews each year if you meet the minimum annual spend (£300 for Platinum, £600 for Diamond). We’ll notify you 60 days before your renewal date with your current spend total. If you don’t meet the minimum, your account will convert to a standard customer account.

Simply send us your best before/after images via email or direct message. For blog posts (Diamond only), we’ll send you a form to complete with your business details, website links and key services. Our team writes the blog post and includes backlinks to your website and social media profiles.

Yes — if you’ve been trading with UF for 3+ years and meet the Diamond criteria, contact us to upgrade. You’ll need to meet the £600 annual spend requirement for Diamond renewal.

Yes. Both Platinum and Diamond trade accounts include free express delivery on every order with no minimum spend. Order before the courier cut-off time (typically 3pm–5pm depending on courier) for next working day delivery.

Once your trade account is approved and you’re logged in, all trade prices display automatically on product pages and in your basket. You’ll see both the retail price (crossed out) and your discounted trade price.

Platinum members get a standard pin on our trusted detailer map. Diamond members get a gold star marker with priority placement at the top of the list when customers search for detailers in their area — significantly increasing visibility and enquiries.
