How Richard Used Our Products

Car was first rinsed thoroughly with a pressure washer. Wheels were then cleaned with Wolfs Brake Duster. No agitation was necessary since the wheels have been sealed with Gtechniq C5 - I would recommend this product to everyone!

Whilst the Brake Duster did its thing I foamed the car using the Megs Hyper Wash. This was also left to dwell while I used APC diluted 1:10 on all door/boot/bonnet shuts and panel gaps. The badges were cleaned at this stage with a Megs slidelock brush as was the honeycomb grill in the front bumper. The whole car was then rinsed again with the pressure washer. Next was a handwash using 2 bucket method, Megs wash mitt and more Hyper Wash. Once complete the whole car including door shuts etc was pressure rinsed. Drying with a Megs water magnet followed. Next step was claying the car with Megs last touch as a lubricant and 3M medium clay. Not much in the way of contaminates to remove but I like how it leaves the paint silky smooth. The car is in very good condition so there were very few defects to correct but the few that were there were fixed with my trusty Kestral DAS6 Pro, a Menzerna light cut pad and RD3.02 polish. The whole car was finished with the Menzera SF4000 and a polishing pad to ensure there was no marring or holograms.

Once I was happy with the finish I applied a coat of Blackfire Midnight Sun wax (another coat was applied the following day) and buffed off with one of my supersoft luxury MF towels. Inside the car was pretty much just vacuumed and dusted, it didn't need any more than that and I don't like dressings inside. The leather was cleaned with the Megs leather cleaner and conditioner which I find helps stop it going shiny and maintains a leathery smell.

Glass was polished with Autoglym Fast Glass inside and out. The car has Gtechniq G1 applied to the outsides of the windows and as with the wheel armour I can recommend it.

Tyres were dressed with Autoglym Instant Tyre Dressing applied with a dishwashing sponge! It isn't particularly durable but I like the finish.

I hope you like the end result, I think it looks stunning and was well worth the day it took! The wife may disagree....
