How Bob Used Our Products
It is a Jaguar XJ V6 Diesel (Premium Luxury). The car was a pre-registered model with just 600 miles on the clock.
As l live in a rural area the greatest danger to the bodywork is dust and road chippings in summer and salt & grit in the winter. So building up the wax layers in good weather to give the greatest protection and also enhance the shine.
So the normal routine was Snow Foam, Meguiar’s Shampoo, Light use of clay, clean the wheels & arches, use Autoglym Foam on the tyres, shampoo and finish with Nanolex Sealant or Aqua Wax. In suitable weather l would polish the tinted glass roof & dark plastic trim with Poorboys Polish with sealant and add at least two layers of either Dodo juice or R222 wax. When there was time l would finish with machine polishing.
Thereafter it was Alloy Wheel Seal, Tyre Dressing and try and deal with the plastic underbody.
As can be seen from the picture snow was not a barrier to keeping the dreaded salt at bay.
