How Mike Used Our Products
Being pretty new to this level of car cleaning and detailing, I am happy with the reults I achieved. I chose the products due to recomendations, research and exploring different products. Being a student though does mean compromising sometimes!
Started off with the old school bucket and sponge method, rinsing the sponge and wash mitt as I go along to avoid future swirl marks! Alloy wheels cleaned with separate sponge
Dried down with microfibre "waffle" cloth, different cloth for alloys.
Clayed with the Meguiars clay kit, using the tar remover as i went too for the tougher tar spots and stains. Alloy wheels also treated with tar remover, again using a seperate cloth.
Polished with SRP polish and dodo juice polish applicator. Waited and then wiped down with microfibre cloth. 2 coats of dodo juice Diamond white applied using Meguiars applicator pad.
Autoglym Fast glass windows, mirrors and lights. All plastics finished with AG vinyl and rubber care. Alloy wheels treated with Wax for wheels and tyres dressed.
For the interior, all mats removed, seats and then carpets vacumed. Seats treated with interior shampoo and leather treatment. Mats then treated with interior shampoo.
Still learning new techniques and finding new products so it is getting better!
