How Rob Used Our Products
Process used on a 1 day old car - Delivered from Honda factory on Friday, with this process carried out on the Saturday (15 hours straight!).
Body, Glass
- (1) Covered entire car and wheels with BH Korrosol, left for 5 minutes to work.
- (2) Snow foamed body, wheels and underside of skirts, etc. Jet washed off after 10 mins.
- (3) Washed body with Meguiar's Gold Class Shampoo, with UF Wash Mitt, using two bucket method.
- (4) Used clay bar on body briefly (however it did not need it, very little fallout removed)
- (5) Dried body with deep pile MF towel.
- (6) Wiped down entire body with Gtechniq Panel Wipe.
- (7) Machine polished body and piano black trim with DAS-6, black finishing pads, and RUPES Diamond Gloss (#4)
- (8) Applied Kamikaze Infinity Hybrid Wax, using MF pad (thin oily coating) left to cure for 90 minutes.
- (9) Polished glass with Meguiar's Perfect Clarity glass cleaner.
- (10) Buffed off Infinity Wax (by hand)
Tyres:
- (11) Jacked up car, removed all four wheel.
- (12) Applied Bilt-Hamber Korrosol to wheels (inside & outside, left for 5 mins)
- (13) Jet washed wheels.
- (14) Cleaned wheels with Mer Power Foam wheel cleaner
- (15) Jet washed wheels.
- (16) Dried wheels with MF towel.
- (17) Wiped down wheels with Gtechniq Panel Wipe.
- (18) Applied Gtechniq C5 Wheel Armour (inside & outside alloy wheel)
- (19) Buffed C5 from wheel and left to cure over night.
- (20) Put wheel back on car.
- (21) Applied Meguiar's Endurance tyre gel.
