How Christopher Used Our Products
- Firstly, car was prewashed using Chemical Guys Honey Dew Snow Foam and left to soak for 10 minutes.
- Wheels were pressure washed and then Car Pro Iron-X was applied to the wheels before thoroughly rinsing off.
- Wheels were then cleaned with Meguiars Ultimate Wash & Wax, Auto Finesse Woolly Trio for in between the spokes and an 'old' Meguiars Microfibre Car Wash Mit for the face of the wheel.
- Vinyl roof was treated using Autoglym Vinyl & Rubber Care.
- Washed using the two-bucket method with Meguiar’s Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner and Chemical Guys Chenille Microfiber Premium Wash Mit.
- Rinsed with pressure washer, dried using Meguiar’s Water Magnet Drying Towel and Auto Finnese Aqua Deluxe Drying Towel.
- Clayed using Bilt Hamber Auto-Clay and Autoglym Rapid Detailer. Rinsed again and dried as above.
- DAS 6 Dual Action Polisher with a Meguiar’s 6” Microfibre Cutting Discs and DA Microfibre Correction Compound and/or Meguiar’s Ultimate Compound was used for paint correction.
- Meguiar’s 6” Microfibre Finishing Discs were then used with DA Microfiber Finishing Wax
- Poorboy’s World Black Hole Show Glaze was applied by hand using a Swissvax Applicator
- Meguiar’s Ultimate Liquid Wax was then applied, by hand.
- Collinite no. 845 Insulator Wax was applied to the alloys.
- Tyres were dressed with Meguiar’s Endurance Tyre Gel.
- Windows treated with Rain X Rain Repellent.
- Gtechniq C2V3 Liquid Crystal was applied for paint protection.
...A hot cup of tea and a lay down
Detailing time, approx. 11 hours. Incredibly pleased with the finish!
