These specific Terms and Conditions are applicable to transactions made through the UF Website, www.TheUltimateFinish.co.uk in relation to the purchase of services.
Training Courses format and timings stated are intended to present a general idea of the training day and shall not be considered binding.
Training Courses may occasionally be withdrawn for reasons outside of our control, and UF cannot be held liable for any costs, delays or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, accidents, war, fire or failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system. UF shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of our obligations to you (to the extent we owe any such obligations) should a force majeure event occur.
Should this occur, you will be advised as soon as possible and offered the opportunity to book an alternative day at your convenience. If no date can be agreed upon within one year from the date of the original booking you shall be entitled to a full refund.
In the event of there being any conflict between these Specific Terms and Conditions and the General Terms & Conditions of the website that apply specifically to the purchase of services through the Website, the Specific terms and Conditions shall prevail.
No person who is not a direct a party to any agreement covered by either the Specific Terms and Conditions shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of the Agreement.
Training Courses are subject to availability. To avoid disappointment we recommend customers book well in advance as Training Courses can fill up very quickly.
UF must be notified of cancellations 48 hours prior to the Training Courses. After this point, the deposit is non-refundable.
Training Courses places can be transferred to another nominated person. UF must be notified of the change at least 48 hours prior to the event. Should the nominee fail to arrive for the event the original deposit shall be non-refundable.
UF welcomes feedback on your experience of the Training Courses. If you encounter a problem on the day, please immediately bring it to the attention of the tutor or the UF representative so they have a chance to put matters right. If you have attempted resolution but the problem was not resolved on the day, please write to us within a week of the Training Courses (providing your name, address and date of the training day).
