I placed my order yesterday before 5:00pm and paid for a Next Day service, but I haven't received it yet. What do I do ?

Courier firms generally deliver between 07:30am and 17:30pm so although you may not yet have received it, your parcel may still be out for delivery. You will have been emailed a tracking number when we shipped your order. Please use this number to track your order on the appropriate website for the courier company used. This will confirm whether your parcel is out for delivery.

An order is due to be delivered by courier today however I may be out ?

If it's not possible for the courier to leave your parcel with a neighbour he will leave a card with instructions regarding re-arranging the delivery.

I bought an item 3 days ago using the FREE Delivery method but I still haven't received it 4 days later. What has happened ?

The quoted time scale for our Free Delivery service is within 5 days.

My tracking number isn't working. What do I do ?

Firstly - confirm which courier firm the number is relevant to - the information will be in the shipping notification sent to you by email. If this still doesn't work it is possible we may have inadvertently mis-keyed a digit, in which case drop us an email at support@theultimatefinish.co.uk and we can trace it from here.
