I just wanted to pass on my thanks for your excellent service. I was rather undecided on with products to purchase to protect my new BMW, and it made a refreshing change to be able to discuss it with you at length without you simply trying to sell me something. I've now completed the project and, after applying Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light and 2 coats of EXO, the results are absolutely stunning. These products need to be applied with meticulous care as per Gtechniq’s instructions, but the finish makes it well worth the effort.
