The Swissvax paint rubber has been out of stock for a while. Having reached the point that I needed it quickly, l rang and spoke to a member of your team who then found out that the product might take quite a while to arrive from Switzerland. Having established what car and paint the product was intended for they recommended Q2M Clay which was more suitable for my older Lexus paint and was cheaper. As a total novice this time last year I followed your excellent advice ahead of my first detail on my metallic grey VW golf. As you guys recommended to achieve the best gloss, wet look possible I followed your advice and purchased PolishAngel Master Compound and Final Polish. Unfortunately I found out the long and hard way just how hard my VW paint was on my first attempts and had to step up to use Meguiar’s 105 ultra-cut compound and this still took me 5-7 section passes using my DA polisher and understandably took me a long long time incorporating many 3-4 hour sessions over many evenings after work. As the summer months passed I finally achieved an excellent near swirl free finish using Meguiar’s 105 and finishing with a combination of the polish Angel final finish and Meguiar’s 205 finishing polish topped with PolishAngel Master Sealant and Centurion which amazingly gave me nearly 7 months beeding during the winter months. Very impressed and thoroughly grateful for all your great advice.
