What I really love is the customer service when I call up with product queries. No confusing menu to pick from, just straight through to a knowledgeable and friendly person every time I call. I don't necessarily think you are the cheapest but you do have a good range of products on your site and given help is a phone call away, I'm keen to carry on using you.
