I've been singing your praises on the Qashqai Forum ( www.qashqaiclub.co.uk ) and I am pleased to see so many members have started to use Bilt-Hamber Auto Balm and Meguiars products. The good thing is that many members have reported back to say what good service you give. I just wanted to say thank you as, it appears, I am now held as something of a cleaning buff.

Whilst Foam Lance options on my Karcher K5.700 unit are new to me, I found your system to be far better than Karcher's own system and although more expensive, on the whole I know it will be far cheaper in the long run, plus your items seem to be far better made.

I misunderstood the anticipated time/date of delivery, it was Bank Holiday, but Customer Services clarified this for me and I duly received my car wind deflector and am waiting to try it out - need better weather! Thanks to everyone involved.
