Grit Guard
Brand · Safe Washing
Keep the grit off your paint.
A Grit Guard sits in the bottom of your wash bucket and is a key part of a safe wash. Rub your mitt across it to release dirt, which drops beneath the guard and stays there, rather than going back onto your paint.
Why it matters
Grit picked up in your wash mitt is one of the main causes of swirl marks that dull paintwork. Trapping it below the guard helps stop it being reintroduced to the car.
Colour-coded
Grit Guards come in a range of colours, so you can keep wash, rinse and wheel buckets separate. Matching colour-coded buckets are available too, or view the UF range of buckets with Grit Guard.
