Most cleaners are formulated to degrease artificial test films that don’t replicate real-world contamination. Phat-Neut uses Lift-Mode Technology; low surface tension enables encapsulation of contamination and lifts it away from the surface rather than chemically attacking it. The optional Dry-On Mode is genuinely clever; as water evaporates, cleaning activity intensifies, breaking the bond between road film and the surface.
