Various types of wheel rims are available, including wet painted, powder coated, anodised, and polished. Q² Rim EVO provides effective protection for all. The improved formula enhances self-cleaning properties, reducing grime and brake dust deposits, resulting in less frequent wash maintenance.

Wheels are the components most impacted by temperature cycles, after the engine bay and exhausts. Surfaces experience rapid temperature range changes. Q² Rim EVO surpasses 800C in endurance capability while maintaining its original properties. Q² Rim EVO enhances depth and creates a darkening effect on any colour or finish, without adding gloss.

In 2021, the company reworked its entire paint coating line-up, branding it as EVO. Two years later, the team proudly achieved similar successes with the remaining coatings. All EVO coatings provide easy application and enhance durability and resistance by up to 50% in daily use.

Q² Rim EVO requires a single thick layer, with the option for more layers to enhance durability. There should be a minimum of 1 hour between layers. All finishes of glossy and matte rims can have the coating applied. Applying Q² Rim in sections is advised. The formula is intended for drying and curing; therefore, large, complexly shaped rims must be divided into smaller sections.

How To Use

• Apply in dry, shaded area.
• Preparation of wheels: Wash, decontaminate, wipe with Gyeon Q²M Prep.
• Wet Gyeon Q²M Applicator Suedes with Gyeon Q² Rim EVO.
• Treat one wheel at a time to buff residue.
• Remove rims for smears.
• Wait an hour before applying second coat.
• Leave wheels warm and dry for 24 hours.
• Apply Gyeon Q²M Cure topcoat.
• Discard used applicators and towels.
• Replace dropping pipette with an air-tight cap and wash out.
