911 Porsche Carrera S (997)
Porsche pride themselves on making high performance cars robust enough for daily use. There is however a downside as the external surfaces will inevitably show signs of wear and tear if you do.
This includes swirl marks from regular washing, brake dust build-up as well as bird droppings and industrial fallout.
This particular 997 was also suffering from a severe case of rain drop etching.

If left untreated this can cause permanent damage to the clear lacquer coating.
After the usual decontamination process the 997 was machine polished to remove the marks etched into paintwork. This provided a high gloss finish ready for the sealant to be applied.
As the Porsche is used on a regular basis the latest Gtechniq Crystal Serum was selected to provide an ultra-hard coating and lasting protection .. read more
