How Josh Used Our Products
As the car had only been washed monthly since purchasing it back in summer 2011 the paintwork was very rough and dull. I firstly washed the alloys and wheel arches using valet pro bilberry wheel cleaner. I then moved onto the body and washed it from top to bottom with Autoglym bodywork shampoo using a microfiber mitt. Whilst the car was still wet I used Bilt-Hamber original clay along with Dodo Juice Born Slippy lube to remove all contaminants from every bodywork panel. After rinsing off the residual lube I dried the car with an aqua blade and Autoglym aqua dry synthetic chamois.
Before commencing the polishing process I taped all bodywork seems and lights using 3m blue masking tape. I then machine polished the vehicle panel by panel with poor boys carnauba polish using the 3m yellow polish pad. To further enhance to paintwork finish I then machine polished the panels again with Dodo Juice Lime Prime Lite. Finally to seal the bodywork I applied two layers of dodo juice purple haze carnauba wax.
I then moved onto the interior. I firstly vacuumed all carpets and upholstery to remove the majority of the dirt. Secondly I treated the interior plastic trim using diamondbrite dash restorer. The leather seats were then treated with auto finesse leather cleaner. Finally I cleaned the interior glass with 3m glass cleaner using a microfiber cloth.
To finish the car off I applied a layer of Sonus tyre gel to the tyre walls.
This process took 4 hours and the car now looks and smells as new!!
