We offer an extended 30-day return on unused/non-faulty items, just in case you change your mind. If you would like to return and item or have an issue, please fill out the form below and our team will be in touch.

Returns Process

  • Complete the Online Returns Form below.
  • Ultimate Finish will contact with authorise returns form to include in the parcel.
  • Arrange shipping back to us via Parcel2Go or other preferred method.
  • Items will be processed within 5 working days once received.

Note: Returns will be arranged by Ultimate Finish for faulty items within 30 days via drop off or collection item depending.

Returns Form

Unused/Non-Faulty Items

  • Items can be returned for full refund if unused in original packaging, with all accessories, leads, and user manuals included within 30 days.
  • A 10% deduction can be made if the value of returned unwanted goods has been reduced due to excessive handling.
  • Buyer is responsible for the cost of return on non-faulty items no longer required.
  • Standard delivery charges can be refunded, but express services are not covered.
  • Special order / made to order items are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

  • If a product develops a fault, Ultimate Finish will assist with replacement or repair or spare parts, as per your consumer rights.
  • Postage cost for collection and return of faulty items is covered within 30 days of original purchase.
  • If faulty after 30 days, item(s) are subject to "Third Party Warranties."
  • Customer covers returns costs to Ultimate Finish outside 30 days, but return shipping is covered.

Your Rights Simplified For Faulty Items:

  • 0-30 days You can claim a full refund or replacement for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described.
  • 30 days-six months You must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a refund.
  • Six months or longer You must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a partial refund, and the burden of proof is on you to prove the product is faulty. This is normally offered up to the standard or extended warranty period.

Items found to be faulty by misuse are not covered under warranty and will not be accepted as a return.

  • Satisfactory Quality Goods shouldn't be faulty or damaged when you receive them. You should ask yourself what a reasonable person would consider satisfactory for the goods in question. For example, bargain-bucket products won't be held to as high standards as luxury goods.
  • Fit For Purpose The goods should be fit for the purpose they are supplied for, as well as any specific purpose you made known to the retailer before you agreed to buy the goods.
  • As Described The goods supplied must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown to you at the time of purchase.
