How Paul Used Our Products
MJ the Tomcat is a 1998 Rover 216 Coupe in Nightfire Red, which I have proudly owned and been bringing up to concourse condition since July 2009.
I started off by hosing MJ down before washing her with Autoglym Bodywork Shampoo Conditioner.
I then hosed her down again before drying her off with a Microfibre cloth.
I then polished all the windows and lights using Autoglym Fast Glass, followed by a generous application of Autoglym Super Resin polish to the bodywork, working it in deeply and then leaving it for 10 or 15 minutes before buffing off the residue to leave a deep shine.
I then moved on to the black trim, using 3-in-1 Professional Silicone Spray Lubricant to give a nice, shiny, gloss black finish.
After a cup of tea, I polished the alloy wheels using Mer Ultimate Car Care Wheel Wax and then complete the ensemble by polishing up the tyre sidewalls with Turtle Wax Platinum Series Revitalising Tyre Dressing, remembering to roll MJ forward in order to polish up the bit of tyre that I couldn’t get to beforehand.
Finally, I polished the exhaust trim with Autosol, and the end result is a Tomcat shining like a pin.
I look forward to receiving your marks out of ten!
