How John Used Our Products
Well to start I snow foamed the car and let it dwell for a while, As this was working I went around the car with some megs APC and various brushes working around badges, seals and door / boot shuts. Then the snow foam was pressure washed off removing most of the dirt. I then applied Bilberry Safe Wheel Cleaner to the alloys and then started to wash the rest of the car with Autoglym Bodywork Shampoo Conditioner and a lambs wool mitt using the two bucket method.
Then the car was again pressure washed off and then dried using a woolly mammoth drying towel. Once the car was dry it got a going over with the Meguiars’s Quik Clay Detailing kit and then got a layer of Autoglym Super Resin Polish. Once this was buffed off it got a very thin layer of Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection to seal the freshly polished paint.
This was then left for an hour then buffed off ready for waxing. I then applied the Autoglym High Definition Wax with a foam applicator to the entire car and left to cure. While this was curing I cleaned all the glass with Rain-X Anti-Fog and all the plastic trims and door rubbers with Autoglym Vinyl & Rubber Care.
Then the wax was buffed off the whole car. I then hosed down the whole car again to remove any dust from the polishing and waxing process and dried again. Once dried I applied Autoglym Instant Tyre Dressing.
Then finally I opened the bonnet and applied some aerospace 303 to the plastics and cleaned the chrome with Meguiars’s NXT All Metal Polysh
