How Ian Used Our Products
I first spot-clean any tar off with the Intensive Tar Remover before I use the Bodywork Shampoo which is great - it is thick and produces great soap without turning into a cloud of suds. It rinses easily and gives a great base for the any polish but I usually use the Ultra Deep Shine. Once this is removed, I chamois the car with an Autoglym Synthetic Chamois before I clean the glass with Autoglym glass polish. I have never used such a great product. Unlike all others I've tried if you get this on the window rubbers it simply comes straight off with no unsightly white marks. Once a month in the summer I use the Autoglym Fabric Hood Cleaner, a two stage process with a weird type of scrubbing sponge which lifts the fabric and gets the soap into any small creases. Rinse it off and Autoglym say you can put the waterproofing agent on whilst its wet but I wait until the hood has dried completely because then you can see where you have applied it. Finally, finish off with the finishing cloth; it’s bright red and made of some space age type stuff that attracts all polish particles and any dust left behind by the glass polish. Result is the car you see..... Then I put it back in the garage where I have kept it from new.
