Returns Policy - Unused / Non Faulty Items:
If you change your mind after you’ve received the items, you can return them to us for a full refund. All we ask, is you send the items back unused in the original packaging, with all accessories, leads, user manuals included, and that you take reasonable care of the goods. We will refund the full cost of the returned items and the standard shipping cost associated with any initial carriage charges. We recommend you use a tracked method when sending the items back to us so you are covered in the event the carrier loses or damages the item. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return on non faulty items no longer required.
Returns Policy - Faulty Items:
If your product develops a fault, we will assist with either a replacement, or organise a repair or spare parts to resolve the issue in line with the manufacturer’s warranty which can be found on the relevant product page. Collection of faulty items within 30 days of delivery will be arranged by our customer service team.
