Website was easy to navigate, checkout was quick and confirmation email with invoice came quickly! The full breakdown of Christmas delivery times allowed me to choose the best delivery option to get the product to me on time - the range of delivery options was also very good.
Really impressed by having the instructions and FAQs for the product I was interested in available online. That info allowed me to actually buy something much closer to my needs and, even although that product was slightly more expensive than my original choice, I'm far happier with my purchase.
