Rust Removal In A Bath

Remove rust and corrosion from steel, stainless steel and most ferrous metals with Deox-C. A powerful crystalline (powder) which is dissolved in normal tap water to product a solution that removes rust as a liquid.

Dexo-C is non-toxic and biodegradable so it is a very safe rust remover compared to others using strong acids. What's more, 1Kg of Deox-C can make 20 Litres of rust removing solution. Just mix the crystals into the water and soak the rusted parts in the bath and watch the rust disappear.

Stop using abrasive methods of rust removal such as sanding or grinding which will remove some "good" metal surrounding the corroded patches. Sand blasting or equivalent will definitely reduce the outer coatings performance and may speed up corrosion, wear, or even failure. Blasting can also kick up dangerous dust particles which unless filtered correctly will be damaging to your health.

Deox-C doesn't harm any part of the good steel or metal so can be used on even the most delicate of thin steel sections. The liquid also penetrates into any crevices' water can get into, removing corrosion that you may not even see.

How To Use:

• Dilute Deox-C in tap water to the desired strength (5-10% Heavy Corrosion, 20% For Regular).
• Submerse metal components in liquid.
• Allow dwelling for 12 hours.
• Remove and brush off loose rust that is hanging on under surface tension.
