All orders will require a signature.
Customers have the opportunity to specify a different delivery address to billing address in the checkout section of the website.
Couriers will make 2 delivery attempts before the parcel is returned to the depot where it will be held for a maximum of 3 days. After this the parcel will be returned to the Ultimate Finish warehouse.
Our warehouse will email customers after each failed delivery attempt in order to allow the opportunity for customers to collect their parcel from the depot, or to make alternative delivery arrangements. Please note that a change of delivery address at this point may incur a charge should the new address fall under a different delivery depot remit.
"Leave Safe" Instructions
Occasionally customers request their parcel be left in a safe place, without signature. Customers do so entirely at their own risk. Ultimate Finish and their couriers take no responsibility for these items. Should these items go missing, or be discovered to be damaged there is no recourse to Ultimate Finish for compensation of any kind. We therefore strongly recommend customers request parcels be delivered to addresses where a signatory will be available.
Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Next day delivery of items marked as "Limited Stock" will depend upon current stock levels. We will contact customers as necessary if this situation arises.
Ultimate Finish reserve the right to refund any monies received in relation to an order and cancel the order if it believes the "Country / Delivery Region" information provided to be inaccurate and chosen, whether inadvertently or not, such that the order appears to qualify for a delivery rate that is not applicable to the delivery address.
Ultimate Finish do not deliver to PO Boxes or without prior agreement and reserve the right to cancel any such orders and return any monies paid.
Unfortunately Ultimate Finish is not able to deliver to BFPO addresses.
Delivery of goods shall be made to the address provided by the Customer and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Please note the free delivery offer applies only to the initial shipment of an order.
In the event of a failed delivery, where two attempts have been made to deliver the item to the specified address without success, the item will be returned to our warehouse. A fee equivalent to the Standard Delivery charge will be applied to the order before it is re-shipped.
Refunds made for non-delivered items will be made in full, however the cost of shipping will still be incurred and not refunded. In the instances where the Free Delivery method was selected, the fee equivalent to the Standard Delivery charge will be applied before a refund is made.
Goods left on request by means of special instructions are the responsibility of the Customer and Ultimate Finish will not be held liable for missing or stolen items. Please note that generally Courier firms will not accept "leave safe" instructions.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Ultimate Finish shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Failure by the Customer to pay for any installment or delivery charge when due shall entitle Ultimate Finish to withhold further deliveries and the Customer shall be liable for any costs incurred by Ultimate Finish relating to such Goods which Ultimate Finish is then entitled to withhold.
If requesting delivery to a country outside of the UK this may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you - we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Ultimate Finish, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We do not partially ship any order. All orders are dispatched once all items are available and in stock.
