When I called to ask for advice the chap who spoke to me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly so I purchased the lime prime online with next day delivery. Unfortunately the courier company made an error at their end and by the late afternoon the package had still not arrived. I called your sales team and they immediately sorted the problem out and the delivery was made by the end of the day. Great stuff, I will recommend you to friends and family!
